PURPOSE:To receive a bit of special information such as a bit of road information without fail by providing a switching means to interrupt the reproduction of a general broadcasting and reproduce a special broadcasting with a priority with the receiving signal of the special broadcasting. CONSTITUTION:When a signal from a special broadcasting transmitter 3 supplying a but of road information, etc., is inputted during the travelling while receiving the general broadcasting, a special broadcasting starting signal A from the special broadcasting transmitter 3 enters from an antenna 1 to a special signal receiving means 7 and judges that a special broadcasting is started. Since a switching signal enters a switching means 6, instead of a receiving signal from the receiving means 4 of a general broadcasting entering until now with the function of the switching means 6, a receiving signal from a receiving means 5 of the special broadcasting is sent to a reproducing means 8, switched automatically from the general broadcasting to the special broadcasting and the special broadcasting is broadcasted with priority. Thus, the special broadcasting can be received and reproduced with the priority to the general broadcasting.
