摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain denitration efficiency without reducing plant efficiency at the time of partial load by controlling a steam adjusting valve so as to secure pressure of a steam drum while the inlet temp of a denitration device is detected, and driving a circulating pump of an economizer. CONSTITUTION:A heater 2a, an evaporator 2b, and an economizer 2d are each installed at an exhaust heat recovering boiler 2 to which exhaust of a gas turbine 1 is led. Supply water is heated and evaporated at the economizer 2d and a evaporator 2b, and after produced steam is heated by the heater 2a, it is supplied through a steam adjusting valve 5 to a turbine 4. In this case, a drum pressure detecting device 6 is provided at a steam drum 2c, and an exhaust gas temp detecting device 7 is at the inlet of a denitrating device 3, so each output signal from each detecting device 6, 7 is inputted to an operation and control device 8. The operation and control device 8 operates as predetermined, and a circulating pump 9 connecting the steam adjusting valve 5 and the inlet and outlet side of the economizer 2d with each other is driven.
