The liquid container comprises a bag-shaped container body 1 and a liquid discharging unit 7. The container body 1 is formed with a top opening and is made of a flexible film. The liquid discharging unit 7 is made of plastic and heat-sealed at the top opening. The liquid discharging unit 7 has an orifice section situated outside the container body 1. There is an oxygen barrier layer in the orifice section.
