PURPOSE:To simplify the workability of circuit adjustment and to improve the degree of freedom of the circuit design by combining a branching device unit or a distributor unit to a base unit so as to form a branching device having an optional terminal number. CONSTITUTION:The base unit B, the distributor unit T and the branching device unit S form a branching device. The unit B has a terminal B21 for a trunk line and a branching terminal B22 and the unit T has a signal input reception terminal T21, a brnching terminal T22 and a signal output terminal, and the unit S has the signal input reception terminal S21. The units B, T, S have the main body and the cover and fixed by screws. In the main body of each unit, terminals are connected between the units, and in the cover, a connection projection having a connection screw hole is connected to the top face of the cover of other unit by screws. Thus, the circuit design is facilitated to simplify the adjustment.
