PURPOSE:To attain the transmission/reception of a gathered data by providing a frame checking word generating section and a frame checking word check section and checking the relevant transmission/reception data at every frame. CONSTITUTION:The output data of an A/D converter 1 and a digital information input converter 2 is scanned by a scanner 3 together with the scanning data of the scanner 3 and a frame check data generated by a frame checking word generating section 4. A required redundancy bit or the like is added by a transmission code converter 5 and the information word of a prescribed format is formed, then they are sent serially in succession to the synchronizing word. The signal is outputted at the reception side to a D/A converter 11 and a digital information output converter 12 by a distributer 9. The distributed data is outputted also to a frame checking word checking section 10, checked by the data generated by the generating section 4 at the check section 10, and when the result shown OK, the frame check OK signal is outputted to the terminal equipment.
