PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set a carrier frequency by generating a coincident signal from a comparator when a counter comes to be the same data as the data stored to a latch circuit, inverting the output of a D flip-flop, clearing the counter and outputting a carrier signal from the D flip-flop with the repeating. CONSTITUTION:Frequency-dividing frequency data are latched to a latch circuit 2, a counter 3 counts up, comes to be the same data as the data stored into the latch circuit 2, and then, a coincident signal occurs from a comparator 5, the output of a D flip-flop 7 is inverted and the counter 3 is cleared. A carrier signal is outputted from the D flip-flop 7 by the repeating. Thus, since the pulse of an oscillating circuit 21, which comes to be the oscillating frequency source of a clock pulse, is counted up to the value instructed by a micro computer 20 with the counter 3, the unit of the pulse number of the oscillating frequency source can be set to an arbitrary value by setting the frequency- dividing frequency data of the micro computer 20.
