PURPOSE:To protect a work from impact and to enable high speed carriage of a pallet by driving a carriage through vibration members of a supersonic motor splitted into plural sections. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet 10 is carried in the direction F, it is carried with high speed if it is on a vibration member 11c and mounted onto a vibration member 11b having same driving force as that of the vibration member 11a. When the pallet 10 is detected subsequently through a pallet detector 20, output from a supersonic oscillator 15 is lowered gradually to weaken the driving force of the vibration member 11b so as to lower the speed of pallet stopping the pallet 10 by a stopper 17. When the work of a work unit 18 is finished and the pallet 10 is started, driving force of the vibration member 11b is equalized to that of the vibration member 11c in the downstream, and when the stopper 17 lowers, the pallet 10 starts to advance and rides over the vibration member 11a. When the speed of pallet is varied from high to low level in such a manner, the work can be protected from stopping impact. |
