PURPOSE:To enable an adhesive agent to be applied certainly to the whole tapes in a tape bundle by spraying a solution of the adhesive agent, which glues tapes to each other so that they are separable, onto the tape bundle through a hollow hole in an inside-out type tape bundle shaped in a cylindrical form, and then drying the tape bundle by way of blowing a hot blast to the tape bundle through the hollow hole. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a change-over valve 5 is operated to open a passage from a sprayer 6 to a tape bundle 1 and close a passage from a hot-blast sending-out device 7 to the tape bundle 1, and then, an adhesive solution is sprayed from the sprayer 6. Hereupon, the adhesive solution is led from a piping 4 to a hollow hole 2, and then, it is sprayed through the hollow hole 2 onto the tape bundle 1. Thereby, the sprayed adhesive solution is caused to penetrate into the inside of the tape bundle 1 so that it is applied to the whole tapes forming the tape bundle 1. Said adhesive agent is of a type which glues the tapes to each other so that they are separable. Subsequently, the change-over valve 5 is operated to close the passage from the sprayer 6 to the tape bundle 1 and open the passage from the hot-blast sending-out device 7 so that a hot blast is sent out. Hereupon, the hot blast is blown to the tape bundle 1 so that it passes through the inside of the tape bundle 1 and causes the tape bundle 1 to be dried quickly.
