PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having high antistatic activity, keeping the antistaticity over a long period, free from surface contamination, having excellent abrasion resistance and colorability and suitable for interior material, etc., by compounding a resin composed mainly of polyvinyl chloride with specific amounts of carbon fiber having specific shape and a white pigment. CONSTITUTION:A resin composed mainly of polyvinyl chloride is compounded with (A) 2-20wt.% carbon fiber having a diameter of <=25mum (preferably <=20mum) and an average length of 0.1-1mm and (B) 2-20wt.% (preferably 5-12wt.%) white pigment (e.g. titanium dioxide).
