PURPOSE:To easily search out a transmission data by providing the 1st storage means storing a reception data and the 2nd storage means storing the received data for each sender ID and listing the received data for the sender ID. CONSTITUTION:A memory 4 storing a received date, a memory 5 storing a received picture file name, a memory 6 storing the sender ID, a memory 7 storing an identification number or the like for each sender ID and a memory 8 provided in the unit of reception are connected to a control section 1. In the processing of the print mode of a received picture, at first the identification number having a picture to extract the data such as the sender ID displayed via the memory 7 at first is inputted from an input section 3. Only the data where the sender ID designated and the sender ID in the memory 8 are identical is displayed on a display section 2 and printing is applied by inputting an identification number of the picture desired to be printed out based on the display. Thus, the transmission data is found out easily by providing the memory 7 or the like.
