PURPOSE:To provide a ventilation device which substantially reduces the influence of the outside wind speed and does not adversely affect the ventilation fan for bath room or toilet by interlocking the ventilation fan and the air feed fan. CONSTITUTION:When a ventilation fan 2 disposed in a ventilation opening 3 is operated, an air feed fan 4 is disposed in an air feed opening 5 is also operated by an interlocking switch 6 connected to said ventilation fan 2. The air fed by the air feed fan 4 flows downwardly toward the air feed fan 2 disposed in the air feed opening 5. Since the loss due to the influence of the outside wind speed is reduced by the air feed fan 4, the humidity in the bath room or odor in the toilet are prevented from pervading a house even if the ventilation fan in the kitchen is operated when the ventilation fan in the bath room or toilet is stopped. Moreover, even if the ventilation fan in the kitchen is operated when the fan in the bath room or toilet is operated, the ventilation fan in the bath room or toilet is not adversely affected.
