PURPOSE:To shorten the tumbling time of a vessel and enhance carrying capability by providing discs having an anti-slip device and capable of rolling along a rail. CONSTITUTION:Discs 2 and 2 move, rolling with the telescopic motion of a drawing cylinder 14. A vessel 1 held together with a connection frame 3 and a holding frame 4 monolithic with the discs 2 and 2, therefore, tumbles with an increase in angle. The vessel 1 is hung from a rope 16 via a hanger 15 and moves in a vertical direction by the reciprocal motion of a winch 18 via a hanging sheave 17. With the tumbling of the vessel 1, the bearing part of the hanging sheave 17 is capable of motion within a mounting frame, as the rope 16 is paid out via the shift of the hanging sheave 17. With the tumbling of the vessel 1, material carried are discharged into a hopper 20 fitted within guide frames 13 and 13.
