PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet having excellent smoothness, by impregnating an epoxy resin composition in a glass cloth substrate, drying the composition in a manner to attain a specific thickness of finished product and a specific weight-average molecular weight of the impregnating resin and using the obtained B-stage prepreg as the surface layer of the laminate. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin composition is impregnated in a glass cloth substrate and dried in a manner to give a finished thickness of 120-150% based on the thickness of the glass cloth and a weight-average molecular weight of the impregnating resin of 1,000-8,000 to obtain a B-stage prepreg. The objective laminated sheet can be produced by using the prepreg as the surface layer.
