PURPOSE:To improve safety through excluding the influence of a wave when a concrete structure such as a caisson or the like is manufactured on a work platform ship by arranging so that manufacturing may by done on the work platform ship which is made to be floatable or sinkable by means of an outside floating body and an inside floating body having a work floor. CONSTITUTION:An outside floating body 2 is bottomed on the ground G of the sea bottom by pouring water W'', W', respectively into the interior of the outside floating body 2 and into the side of the outside floating body 2. And an inside floating body 3 is floated on the surface of the water at the inner side of the outside floating body 2, and the 1st lot of a concrete structure C is manufactured on it. Next, water W''' is poured into the inside floating body 3 and water W' at the inner side of the outside floating body 2 is drained, and the inside floating body 3 is made to be seated on the bottom plate 4 of the outside floating body 2. And the structure C is completed on the inside floating body 3. Next, the water W' and the water W'' of the inside and outside floating bodies 2, 3 are drained and after having been moved to a launching location, the structure C is made to float through buoyancy by watering again, and a work platform ship 1 is evacuated. Manufacturing can thus be done stably.
