摘要 PURPOSE:To enable unit member groups, laminated with high precision, to be heated in an intact state and joined together at a stroke, by a method wherein hot melt resin having a melting temperature lower than that of an adhesive by the use of which the fin of a unit member is adhered is applied to the end surface, on the reverse side to the plate, of the fin. CONSTITUTION:A stringform fin material 2 is pulled out from a stocker 10 and is rolled around an adhesion roller 15, where an epoxy series adhesive 3 is continuously applied to the one end face by means of an adhesive coating device 4. The fin material is fed on a flat plate 1 from below, and is contact- bonded by a press roller 16. After the plate 1 on which the fin material 2 is adhered passes a hot air heating device 18 for heating and drying, it is guided to a hot melt resin coating device 6, and molten hot melt resin 5 is thinly applied to the top part of the fin material 2. The member coated with the hot melt resin 5 is fed to a cutting device 7, where the member is cut to a given length to form a unit member 20. After a plurality of the unit members 20 are laminated and positioned, the laminate is fed to a heating device 9 as a load is applied thereto from above, and the hot melt resin 5 is softened and adhered.
