PURPOSE:To prevent a loop or torsion from being produced when tapes are delivered by immersing a tape bundle in an adhesive solution so that the adhesive agent is applied to the tapes over the whole area in the longitudinal direction thereof in such a manner that they are separable from each other, and then separating an excessive adhesive-solution from the tape bundle taken out of the adhesive solution before it is dried. CONSTITUTION:A tape bundle 1 is immersed in an adhesive solution 3 in a container 2 so that the adhesive solution 3 is caused to penetrate into the inside thereof, and the adhesive agent, which glues tapes to each other, is applied to the tapes in the tape bundle 1 over the whole area in the longitudinal direction thereof. In this case, the adhesive agent is of a type which permits the tapes to be easily separated from each other when they are delivered from the tape bundle 1. Subsequently, the tape bundle 1 taken out of the adhesive solution 3 is placed in a closed container 4, and an excessive adhesive-solution is sucked by means of a piping from a vacuum pump from the tape bundle 1. And then, the tape bundle 1, from which the excessive adhesivesolution is sucked, is dried. Thereby, the adhesive agent is applied to the tapes over the total length of the tape bundle 1 so that a loop or torsion cannot be produced when the tapes are delivered, and a clogging to a delivery guide and a binding failure can be prevented from taking place.
