PURPOSE:To enable an adhesive agent to be applied certainly to the whole tapes in a tape bundle by immersing the tape bundle in a solution of the adhesive agent which glues tapes to each other so that they are separable before it is taken out of the solution to be rotated so that an excessive solution of the adhesive agent is separated centrifugally, and then drying the tape bundle. CONSTITUTION:A tape bundle 1 is immersed in an adhesive solution 3 in a container 2 so that the adhesive solution 3 is caused to penetrate into the inside thereof and tapes are glued to each other. In this case, the adhesive agent is of a type which permits the tapes to be easily separated at the time of delivery of the tape respectively. Subsequently, the tape bundle 1 taken out of the adhesive solution 3 is placed in a rotating container 4, and it is rotated together with the rotating container 4 so that an excessive adhesive-solution adhering to the tape bundle 1 is separated centrifugally. Hereupon, by harmonizing the direction of the axis of the tape bundle 1 with the direction of the rotating axis, the adhesive solution 3 occluded in the central hole 5 part of the tape bundle 1 is moved outside the rotating diameter by the centrifugal force within the tape bundle, and therefore, the adhesive agent can be applied to the inside of the tape bundle 1. And then, the tape bundle 1, from which the excessive adhesive-solution is separated centrifugally, is dried.
