Releasable engagement means (14,120) being provided for mutually engaging the first (12,112) and second (13,113) gears to prevent the rotation of the pulley (8,108) with respect to the lever (2,102) and uncoupling means (21,15,118) to uncouple the first gear (12,112) from the second one (13,113) to allow the rotation of the pulley (8,108). |
