PURPOSE:To obtain a novel composition having uniform distribution of aeration fine pores throughout the composition, without using soluble substance, etc., by mixing a powdery or granular melt-sticking resin with a powdery or granular filler and welding the resin particles in sintered state. CONSTITUTION:(A) A powdery or granular melt-sticking resin is mixed with (B) a powdery or granular filler which can maintain solid state at the sintering temperature of the component A using an irregular coarse packed bed mixer. The obtained mixture is maintained at the sintering temperature of the component A for a period corresponding to the temperature and cooled to obtain the objective composition fused and integrated at the contact point between the particles of the component A and those of the component A and component B. The component A is preferably high-pressure polyethylene from the viewpoint of treatment temperature and finished state and the component B is preferably glass powder such as short glass fibers.
