PURPOSE:To stably open and close a load connected to two different voltage circuits by providing a delay circuit between an input terminal and an alternating operation circuit and generating a time difference between the alternating operations of both output circuits. CONSTITUTION:The input of an inverter 2 is connected to the input terminal 1 and the output of the inverter 2 is connected to an inverter 3 as a waveform shaping part through a delay circuit consisting of a resistance R and a capacitor C. The output of the inverter 3 is supplied to one-terminal sides of a NAND circuit 5 and an OR circuit 6 which forms the alternating operation circuit. Further, the output of the inverter 2 is supplied to the other-terminal sides of the circuits 5 and 6 through an inverter 4 as a waveform shaping part. Light emitting diodes 7 and 8 are connected to the outputs of the circuits 5 and 6. Output MOSFETs 15 and 16 are driven photoelectromotive force diode arrays 9 and 10 coupled optically with the diodes 7 and 8 to open and close stably the load connected to the two different voltage circuits.
