PURPOSE:To attain transmission and reception at a section between a control place and a place to be controlled with one shared optical fiber, to eliminate the influence of an electric surge and a noise and to transmit many pieces of information by executing the simultaneous multiplex transmitting and receiving of an optical signal having the double selecting characteristic of the wavelength characteristic and the deflection characteristic of a light. CONSTITUTION:Control places A1 and A2 and controlled places B1 and B2 are connected by one shared optical fiber FB, the optical fiber terminals of the control place and the controlled place are divided into plural with an optical coupling device QM, a polarizing filter in which the polarizing angle is mutually different at every divided optical fiber FB, is provided at the place, the optical fiber FB constituting a transmission line through the polar screen is further divided by the optical coupling device QM, a band pass filter set to a waveelength, which is mutually different for the divided opticall fiber, is provided and the material corresponding to an emitting device QD or an optical sensor QS is made opposite through the band pass filter.
