PURPOSE:To enable fuel gas to homogeneously feed to each unit cell by dividing a gas flow space in a fuel feed manifold into the plurality of gas flow spaces and providing a passage at boundary between neighboring gas flow spaces. CONSTITUTION:Dividing the inside of a fuel gas feed manifold 15 into the plurality of channels, they are called 1st channel 21a, 2nd channel 21b and 3rd channel 21c, upward from the bottom. A 1st orifice plate 22 and a 2nd orifice plate 22b are provided at boundaries between neighboring channels. Orifices 23b on the orifice plate 22b have a reduced diameter and number than orifices 23a on the orifice plate 22a. A divided fuel gas 12 attains to a fuel gas exhaust manifold 16, reacting chemically with oxidizer gas, which passes through the each unit cell laminated body orthogonal against the fuel gas. Fuel is thus fed homogeneously to each unit cell and electric energy can be taken out with high conversion rate. |
