摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive electromagnetic coil or using a ceramic material by using a ceramic membrane furnished on a base body, and giving the superconductive property only at the area of a high crystallization rate, while making the area of a low crystallization rate in a nonsuperconductive state. CONSTITUTION:As a ceramic material, a membrane of (La1-x Srx)2 CuO4 or (La1-x Bax)2 CuO4 is formed on a cylindrical base body 1 by a spattering. By radiating the YAG laser 3 while moving 11, the cylinder is rotated 12 to make a successive belt-form area 4 with the width of 5 to 100mu. The area 4 is annealed by the laser, the crystallization (making the crystalline particle diameter larger and making the crystalline structure of exercising superconductive state) rate is increased, the grid deflection or the grid deformation is reduced only in such an area, impurities are separated on the surface by the melting and recrystallization, the inside is highly perified, and a superconductive belt of 30 deg.K or more of critical temperature Tc is acquired. The neighboring area 5 is left as an area of no Tc, and a superconductive electromagnetic coil same as that of winding coils practically is obtained. By repeating such a process, a multilayer coil can be obtained.
