PURPOSE:To prevent a personal identification number from being leaked to a person even if he exists by a telephone set, by providing an audio response recognizing device which instructs the insertion of dummy numbers at random to the personal identification number inputted with a voice from a subscriber. CONSTITUTION:When message 'Please, input the personal identification number.' is outputted from an audio response recognizing device 10, a subscriber 20 hears a blip to successively input the personal identification number '1, 2, 3, 4' with voice, but a message to require the input of dummy numbers '6' and '8' is outputted besides blips during the input of the personal identification number. The subscriber 20 inputs the personal identification number and dummy numbers with voice in accordance with messages. The audio response recogniz ing device 10 inserts dummy numbers '6' and '8' to the actual personal identifi cation number '1, 2, 3, 4' at random by the application of software at the time of inputting the personal identification number. Thus, the correct personal identification is prevented from being leaked to the others. |
