<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability and supervision and to improve the performance of a monitoring device, by making a plant supervisory and controlling device perform the remote control of a monitoring picture being displayed on a CRT at a remote place with a hand-carry type console device. CONSTITUTION:An optical signal S1 having the ON/OFF of a pulse corresponding to a it of information operated by the hand-carry type console device 10 provided with the keyboard 11, the decoder circuit 12, the pulse generating part 13, and the optical oscillation part 14 of the plant supervisory and controlling device oscillates. The signal is converted to a control signal S2 which controls the monitoring picture of the CRT40 by an optical signal reception conversion device 20, and is inputted to a computer 30. The signal S2 received at the photodetecting part 21 of the device 20 is decoded at a pulse code decoder circuit 22, and is converted to the signal which controls the picture of the CRT40 with an information conversion part 23, thereby, the monitoring picture of the CRT40 being displayed according to the operation of a keyboard 50 is remote-controlled by the operation of the device 10 from the remote place.</p> |
