PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment and space for installation by providing an inlet bridle and outlet bridle of each one and arranging a locking means and control devices for keeping constant tensions on the inlet side and outlet side accumulators. CONSTITUTION:A pay-off reel 2, inlet bridle BR and inlet accumulator 4 are disposed on an inlet side of a central continuous treating part 1 and a tension reel 3, outlet bridle reel BR and the accumulator 5 are disposed on the outlet part respectively. In this case the number of bridles BR is regulated to each one at the inlet and outlet respectively, the locking means and the tension controller to keep the constant tension are disposed on the accumulators 4, 5. By this method, through the locking means, the accumulators 4, 5 perform accumulation and delivery of the coil stably while keeping the tension constant. Because the number of bridles BR is regulated to each one, the cost of equipment and the space for installation are reduced.
