PURPOSE:To surely grip and fix a work member by making a relative movement of a fixing device mentioned below for a base member with the base member and the fixing device mounted to the base member made a relative rotation to an axis member rotatively driving, a cylindrical member fixed to the axis member, and a moving means fixed to the cylindrical member respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a clamping member 5 is made to rotate in the arrow 57 direction with a housing 14 fixed, a base member 6 too is rotated in the arrow 57 direction. At that time, a ring member 12 unitedly fixed to the housing 14 does not rotates, nails 8 move respectively in the arrow 7 direction, tip parts 28 of nails 8 mutually approach respectively, and a drill blade 2 is made to be gripped fixedly by nails 8. At this time, a rotation power source is rotated in the arrow 59 direction, and an upper cover member 4, the housing 14, and the member 12 are unitedly rotated in the arrow 59 direction. This enables a mounted state of the blade 2 to be firmer with nails 8 making their tip parts 28 move in the direction in which parts 28 mutually approach, respectively.
