PURPOSE:To permit emission of required color light without coloring the entire part of a light transmission body and without putting a colored transparent cap on a light source lamp by building a light source part molded of a colored resin material integrally to the suitable point of the light transmission body formed of a colorless transparent resin material having good light transmissivity. CONSTITUTION:The light transmission body 1 is molded to a required shape by using the inexpensive colorless transparent resin material having the high light transmissivity and is provided with plural light emitting parts 1a, the light source installation part 1b and a reflection part 1c at the required points. The light source part 2 which is molded to the required shape such as cylindrical shape by using the resin material having the high light transmissivity and is subjected to the desired coloring is integrally built in the light source installation part 1b. The light source lamp B is installed in the light source part 2. The emission of the required color light from the light emitting parts 1a is permitted without having a need for coloring the entire part of the light transmission body and without putting the costly colored transparent cap on the light source lamp B.
