PURPOSE:To prevent the development of casting blow hole even in the case of forming the parts having large difference of thickness by pushing pressurizing material in a cavity after keeping the prescribed time after molten material is filled up in the cavity and forcedly pressurizing the non-solidified forming material. CONSTITUTION:The molten forming material of aluminum, etc., is filled up in a sprue 2 of a die A for forming and a pushing body 3 is shifted by a shifting means of hydraulic pressure cylinder, etc., and the molten forming material is pushed in the cavity 1, to fill up. By pushing the pressurizing material 5, 5 in the cavity 1 by the shifting means of hydraulic pressure cylinder, etc., after keeping the prescribed time, the non-solidified forming material is forcedly pressurized and volume of the forming material in the cavity 1 is reduced and density thereof is increased. In this way, even in case of a crank arm, etc., having large differences in thickness, the development of the casting blow hole at the thick part can be prevented.
