PURPOSE:To prevent soup from leaking into an unsanitary condition, by setting a great number of electrically conductive windows at parts to be brought into contact with an electrode in a packaging film to pack a food ingredient such as meat, ground fish, etc., and to electrically conductively treat the food ingredient and piling a water vapor permeable film at least on the parts. CONSTITUTION:A food ingredient A such as meat, ground fish, etc., is wrapped in a heat-resistant and electrical insulating material, a pair of electrodes are pushed against the food ingredient and the food ingredient A is sterilized and aged. In the operation, a great number of electrically conductive windows (small holes) 103 are set at parts of a film 102 for wrapping and a water vapor permeable film 104 is piled at least on the inside of the parts.
