PURPOSE:To permit satisfactory control by providing a light control means which is constituted to a meshed state varying opening rates stepwise along the turning direction and controlling the quantity of photoirradiation to an original by turning of said light control means. CONSTITUTION:Light is projected from a fluorescent lamp 26 to the original G set on an original tray 2 and a near parabolic transmission body 27 is provided in the reflected light path from the original G. The reflected light is imaged through said transmission body 27 on a photosensitive drum 13. A meshed plate 29 as the semicircular light control means along the curved surface of the fluorescent lamp 26 is freely turnably disposed to face said lamp. The plate 29 is provided stepwise with the 1st-4th meshed parts 29a-29d which increase transmitted light successively. The 1st-4th meshed parts 29a-29d are selectively disposed to be opposed to the fluorescent lamp 26 by rotating operation of an operating knob 31 provided on a shaft 30, by which the quantity of light is controlled. |
