PURPOSE:To optimize applying quantity of mold releasing agent by arranging spray nozzles for applying mold releasing agent and a device, which is possible to change injecting direction of the spay nozzles in accordance with number of rotation of casting drums. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 117, which is possible to change the injecting direction of the spray nozzle 111, is connected with a motor 116 through a bearing 118, and rotating angle is controlled by signal from a meter for number of rotation 120 measuring the number of rotation of the casting drum 101, of the motor 116. Swinging quantity of the spray nozzle 111 is controlled so as to set the injecting direction of the spray nozzle 111 in accordance with the number of rotation of the casting drum 101 toward out of direction from the casting drum 101 surface. By this method, the attaching quantity of the mold releasing agent 115 to the surface of the casting drum 101 can be changed. |
