PURPOSE:To prevent stress caused by thermal expansion from acting to each member and to prevent crack, breakage, etc., by forming step part in inner wall of side part of an outer nozzle, put a porous refractory at the step part and arranging opening part of an inner nozzle in inner space of the outer nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A pouring nozzle has double construction of the inner nozzle 1 and the outer nozzle 2, and molten metal is flowed out from the opening part 3 arranged in the inner nozzle 1 and after storing it once on the porous refractory 4, it is sent out to out of the nozzle through gap of the porous refractory 4. In this pouring nozzle, the inner wall at the end part 2a of the outer nozzle 2 is formed as tapered state and at a part of this, the step part 5 is arranged and the porous refractory 4 is put on this step part 5. By this method unnatural force is not acted to the outer nozzle 2 and the porous refractory 4, and especially the breakage of the pouring nozzle at the time of preheating to pouring, is reduced. |
