PURPOSE:To surely prevent blocking of a toner in a toner box by applying impact force forcibly to the toner tending to deposit in the toner box. CONSTITUTION:The toner T falls successively on the surface of an agitator plate 30 and deposits thereon when the toner T is accepted through a toner accepting port 2 into the toner box 1. The agitator plate 30 is moved forward and backward along the inclination direction of a sloped part 5 of the toner box 1 by a dispensing roll 4 as a driving source at this time, by which the toner T is moved forward and backward integrally with the agitator plate 30. The toner is threshold by plural wires 40 provided on the upper side of the plate 30 and is thereby applied with the prescribed impact force F. The toner T is thereby agitated under the impact force F and the adhesion of the toner T to the agitator plate 30 is effectively averted. The toner T collapses downward along the inclination direction of the plate 30 like an arrow A and is successively conveyed to a toner discharge port 3 side.
