New derivatives of general formula (1) in which: either X = (a), where R<1> = H, lower alkyls (C1 to C6) or X = (b), where R<1> = H, lower alkyls (C1 to C6), as well as their metallic salts and their addition salts with nitrogen-containing bases. These products are useful as anticancer agents, in particular in the treatment of bone tumours, and therapeutic agents in the treatment of certain rheumatic disorders.
