PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel apple tea, capable of reducing a sugar content and having refreshing acid taste without foaming properties, by containing a small volume of gaseous carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:The aimed apple tea obtained by blowing and dissolving 0.5-1.5 gas volume of gaseous carbon dioxide into apple tea, etc., using a device, such as gas-liquid mixing device, e.g. static mixer.
