PURPOSE:To attain the efficient data transmission by multiplexing a control signal controlling a time slot onto a data signal of a preceding time slot as a signal violating a specific coding rule and sending the result. CONSTITUTION:In a loop network having plural data stations, a data signal and a control signal are coded by a specific coding rule and assigned to time slots 11, 12 constituting a frame and the signal is sent between data stations by the line exchange system. In this case, the data signal of the preceding time slot over the time slots 11, 12 is processed as the signal violating the coding rule in the preceding time slot, multiplexed and the result is sent.
