PURPOSE:To uniformize the film thickness of a picture element forming material by supplying the picture element forming material through holes of about the same size as the size of the picture elements to dispose the material onto the transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:The picture element forming material 8 is supplied through the holes of about the same size as the size of the picture elements 12 and is disposed onto the transparent substrate 6 at the time of disposing the picture element forming material 8 on the substrate 6. A material which is cured by heat or electromagnetic wave is used for the forming material 8 and the viscosity of the forming material 8 is preferably >=100P and <=10,000P at the time of passing the same through the holes. Since the adhesiveness of the forming material 9 varies with the kind of the substrate 6, there is a need for using the forming material 8 optimum for the substrate 6 to be used. The forming material 8 is thereby directly formed on the substrate 6 without being transferred onto a roller for depositing the picture element forming material, plate surface, blanket, etc. A stage for printing the forming material 8 by revolution of the roller on the substrate is eliminated and the film thickness of the forming material is uniformized within the picture elements. |
