<p>PURPOSE:To generate a high pressure and vacuum degree and efficiently produce oxygen, by using two units of adsorption columns and two units of pressurization.evacuation pumps in combination. CONSTITUTION:Air, introduced from a three-way solenoid valve 14 and compressed in the second pump 15 is passed through a three-way solenoid valve 16 and four-way solenoid valve 10 and introduced into an adsorption column (9b) to discharge formed O2 gas through a check valve 17, pressure control valve 18 and flow control valve 19 (the first adsorption step). The valve 14 is then changed over to a three-way solenoid valve 13 and raw material air introduced from a three-way solenoid valve 11 is passed through a pump 12, valves 13 and 14 and pump 15, compressed, passed through valves 16 and 10 and fed to a column (9b) to provide product O2 gas (the second adsorption step). The valves 10 and 11 are then communicated with the suction side of the pump 12 and the gas in the adsorption column (9a) is sucked and discharged from the valve 13 (the first regeneration step). O2 gas is subsequently introduced through a flow control valve 21, check valve 22 and solenoid valve 23 into the column (9b) to carry out purging (the second regeneration step). The suction sides of pumps 12 and 15 are combined in series to evacuate the interior of the column (9a) (the third regeneration step).</p> |
