PURPOSE:To increase the speed of analytical work, by judging the abnormality of data from the correlation of the measured data of a plurality of the examination request items to one specimen. CONSTITUTION:A drive mechanism part 2 is operated on the basis of the designation of a measuring item selection part 1 to perform the distribution of a specimen and the reagent corresponding to an item is distributed to be subjected to the measurement of a measuring part 2B. The data obtained in the measuring part 2B are stored in a data memory part 5 and also sent to the normal value judge part 3 in a control part 10. The judge part 3 judges whether each measured data is normal in the relation to a judge formula and, when said data is normal, '0' is outputted and, when abnormal, '1' is outputted. The reexamination related item generating part 4 in the control part 10 generates reexamination related item designation data on the basis of the abnormality judge output from the judge part 3. The mechanism part 2 is operated on the basis of the reexamination item designation data thus generated and the measured data about the designated reexamination related item is obtained to be stored in the data memory part.
