PURPOSE:To attain the transmitting of information to a special receiver and to prevent the waste of a recording paper and a power even when there are many receivers to operate at the same frequency band by coding and transmitting an individual calling number to call out respective receivers. CONSTITUTION:When an original is transmitted only from a transmitting facsimile F0 to a receiving facsimile F1, first, from an individual calling out number setting circuit 2a, the individual calling out number of the receiving side facsimile F1, which is a transmitting object, is set and coded by a facsimile control circuit 2b. At this time, original information is read by an original reading device 1 and the original information is outputted to the facsimile control circuit 2b. The coded individual calling out number is modulated to a prescribed frequency band with a modulator 3 and sent from a transmitting antenna 4 to receiving side facsimiles F1 and F2. The receiving side facsimile F1 is collated with the individual calling out number inherent to the facsimile F1 by a signal collating circuit 6a, and after the agreement of the results of collation is found, the recording and reproducing of the original can be executed by a control circuit 7.
