PURPOSE:To attain stable oscillation even at a high temperature by inserting an inductor between a feedback circuit and an active element of a voltage controlled oscillation circuit where a microstrip line is used as the inductor of a resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation circuit is formed by an FET 1, capacitors 2-4, and the microstrip line 5 acting as the inductor. A reactor 17 comprising the air-core coil or the microstrip line is connected between a gate G of the FET 1 and a ground circuit forming the feedback circuit. A power supply is fed from a terminal 11 to the FET 1, a controlled voltage is supplied from a terminal 6, the capacitance of a varactor diode 9 is changed to control the oscillating frequency. Then an oscillation output is extracted via a DC blocking capacitor 14. Thus, stable oscillation is kept even at a high temperature and the deterioration in the side band noise and frequency stability is prevented.
