<p>Control console, comprising a first screen (2) on which is displayed the content of the program during the machining operation, and the position of the axles and the current program write-up, as well as a keyboard (4) for entering or correcting program data, and a second screen (3). In a window (9) on the second screen (3) is displayed one of a selection of several tables, each allocating one of several various functions to each key (5). Other windows (7, 8) on the second screen (3) display information on the state of the machine, and record faults. This lay-out allows the control console to be viewed easily, and renders it user-friendly. This same console may be used with various types of machine and its manufacture costs are therefore competitive. The functions of the keys (5) may be programmed to appear on the screen in the appropriate language.</p> |
