In a process for producing a rotor for flow machines, in particular a radial rotor, onto a one-piece wheel part formed from a side disc with all vanes, there is integrally moulded the other side disc, recesses provided in the vanes, in the region of the other side disc, being penetrated by the injection-moulding material for an integral, positively locked connection of this side disc to the vanes of the one-piece wheel part.
