PURPOSE:To decrease the space for a spring containing part by using a compression spring for a couple of right/left shutter springs, using the elastic force of the springs so as to spring up both right/left sides of the shutter and setting a part of the shutter without notch on a window. CONSTITUTION:A coil-shaped compression spring is used for the shutter spring 19 and contained in the spring containing part 18 provided to both right/left sides of a shell 15. The accommodation part 18 is formed cylindrically and its edge is prolonged by utilizing a shutter guide slot 14. One end of a stationary side of the compression spring accommodated in the accommodation part 18 contacts the depth end face of the accommodation part 18, the other end at the free side is engaged with a spring dish provided to one side of a guide projection 16, the shutter 17 is pressed elastically from both the right/left sides to set the part 17a without notch of the shutter 17 onto the window 13. A stopper is provided to one end of the accommodation part 18, and when the compression spring is elongated and the shutter 17 is placed at the midpoint of a shutter mount part 15a, the free end of the compression spring is pressed into contact onto the stopper so as not to depress the shutter 17.
