<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the pursuit of the cause of an abnormality and a fault generated due to a power failure or hit, by sending a signal holding a prescribed function as a power failure log signal, from a holding means, after restoring the power failure when an AC input power source is failed and restored. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a power failure detecting circuit 1 for detecting a power failure by rectifying directly an AC input power source, and a holding means 4 for holding a detecting signal of the power failure or a signal provided with other condition to said detecting signal, even after the power failure is restored. This holding means 4 is provided with a microprocessor 5 for controlling to send out a power failure log signal, and sends out the power failure log signal through the microprocessor 5. That is, the holding means 4 can output the power failure log signal for showing a fact that a power failure or hit has occurred, when an information processor for executing a restart operation by receiving the power source supply after the power failure is restored, or a fault analyzing device, etc. necessitate it in order to pursue the cause of an abnormality and a fault. By sending out this power failure log signal to the information processor, etc., its cause pursuit is facilitated and the pursuit time can be shortened.</p> |
