PURPOSE:To reduce the error of a stepping angle by arranging stator teeth poles or rotor poles at irregular intervals. CONSTITUTION:The teeth poles 1b of a stator B are arranged with alternate displacement at equal distance in both positive and negative directions, and the stator teeth poles 1a and rotor poles 2N, 2S are arranged at equal intervals as they are. Thus, when the stator teeth poles are arranged at irregular intervals, the same effect as 2-phase excitation in which two phases are simultaneously excited, and the teeth poles of the two phases attract a rotor to form a stable point, thereby reducing the error of a stepping angle.
