The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlight with an outer housing whose rear wall is provided with an attachment device which has an attachment head which is arranged so as to be rotatable and axially adjustable with respect to a pin which is borne by the outer housing. The attachment head can be attached to a vehicle body via an appropriate opening, the distance between the outer housing and the vehicle body being adjustable by means of a cam device which is provided between the attachment head and the pin.
