<p>Screw closure for a bottle or similar, with a cylindrical part (2) provided with an inner screw thread, allowing said part to be screwed onto an outer screw thread on the neck of a bottle (1), and with a sealing part (3), independent of said cylindrical part (2) yet connected with it (2), with an annular sealing surface lying on the surface of the bottle neck (1). The sealing part (3) is rotatable on the rotation axis of the cylindrical part (2), said axis lying in a plane vertical to the axis of the cylindrical part and radially within the annular sealing face. The circular sealing part (3) tips when the screw closure is loosened, allowing liquid to be poured from the bottle without unscrewing the screw closure. Said closure cannot fall off and become dirty, nor be lost. Varying levels of pressure applied to the screw closure upon opening allow regulation of the average outflow, and thereby control of the amount delivered.</p> |
