<p>Process and device for the optical scanning of an object (18) by means of a narrow beam of light which moves relative to said object (18) and is introduced into a photoconductive liquid, with an opto-electrical sensing and evaluating device (12, 22, 23) for calculating the reflected light. Hydrodynamic pressure or acceleration is applied to the liquid, a jet of liquid (17) is produced, then directed onto the object (18) which is to be scanned, the jet meeting said object in the scanning zone (16). The light is coupled with the jet of liquid and directed, within said jet, at the object (18), at the point of impact (16) of the jet of liquid (17). The reflected light is then passed back within the jet of liquid (17), separated from same and relayed to the sensing and evaluating device (12, 22, 23).</p> |
